Frequently asked questions
How do credits and limits work?
Every validated, sent or received document counts once against your plan or credits. A document that fails before reaching the network is never charged.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately from the dashboard, with card, PayPal or iDEAL. You can also enable overage under Billing to keep sending past your included volume at the listed per-document price.
Do you store my invoices?
No. Documents are processed in memory and never written to disk; only a fingerprint, size and result are recorded.
